All lessons must be paid in full prior to the start of each lesson. Lessons may be paid by cash, Venmo (@eroman-drums) or Zelle (eroman.drums@gmail.com)

Lessons may be prepaid up to any amount of lessons. Prepaid lessons will be marked as such in Google Calendar (see ‘Scheduling’ policies below)

Enmanuel Roman will work with the student to decide on a specific weekly time slot(s) for lessons. This time slot will not be offered or given to any other student.

Enmanuel Roman uses Google Calendar for scheduling. The student will receive a Google Calendar invite with all necessary information, including a Google Meet link for online students.

Students are responsible for being on time to their lessons; any time lost due to a student’s tardiness is considered forfeit unless previously discussed with Enmanuel Roman.

Enmanuel Roman requires at least 24-hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule request. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours must still be paid in full by the student.

If a request is given to Enmanuel Roman with at least 24 hours notice, Enmanuel Roman will work with the student on rescheduling the lesson to another date and/or time.

In the event that Enmanuel Roman must reschedule a lesson due to gigs/travel/etc., Enmanuel Roman will work with the student to find another day and/or time for the lesson.

Enmanuel Roman kindly asks for at least two weeks notice from students that wish to unenroll themselves from lessons.

Covid-19: Enmanuel Roman is fully vaccinated and boosted. Mask are encouraged but not required during in-person lessons. If student is showing signs of any kind of illness, please contact Enmanuel Roman for a lesson reschedule.

It is recommended that students bring their own sticks, ear protection / headphones, as well as a notebook, preferably with music staffs—also known as ‘Music Composition Manuscript Staff Paper’—for in-class note taking. However, a set of “community” sticks and headphones will be available if necessary.

Most, if not all, educational material will be provided in digital form for in-class and take-home activities. Any physical material, educational or otherwise (sticks, pads, etc.) that is provided by Enmanuel Roman is to stay within the boundaries of the private studio. Students may acquire their own physical material, educational or otherwise, at their own expense for in-class and home activities.

Food of any kind is not allowed within the boundaries of the private studio, unless it’s for medical reasons.

If food is needed for medical reasons, please discuss with Enmanuel Roman ahead of time to make accommodations.

Water bottles and other hydration drinks are allowed in the private studio. The student will be in charge of handling their own sources of hydration. Having your own source of hydration is highly encouraged as the facilities do not provide access to drinking water.
